20m White Cat 8 Ethernet Cable, 40Gbps Flat RJ45 Network Cable for Router, PC, Laptop, Printer

I initially got this because I was looking for a high speed flat weather resistant ethernet cable because I have an ethernet run going to the attic and I had the cable going through the skylight window because I didn't want to drill a hole in the ceiling. The old cable was a thicker and round and as a result the window would not close BUT luckily there is a lock on the inside and I can lock the window when it is only open like 1CM and the gap was not even big enough for someone to slip something in because of the angles in the window so I was fine with that. Around 5 months ago I got ultra fast gigabit broadband for the first time and was after fast cables and came across this and thought I would try it because of the marketing involving the cable being flat and relatively thin and being able to bend around corners as a result. Now I can FULLY close the skylight with this cable and not only that it is super fast although I cannot comment if the cable actually is Cat8 or not because Cat8 is a little overkill for 1GBps data speeds and I only got this because firstly it was relatively cheap and secondly the good reviews and quality and thirdly I could keep it as future proofing in case I get faster broadband before retiring the cables because I ended up getting several in various lengths

Great product. The length ran my downstairs work desk tomy upstairs spare room that has my router. The cable easily made the distance with about 3m spare. The speed test gave consistent high speed of 148mbps download and the supplied tacks held the cable securely. I would only suggest using this for interior cabling and not outside connections.

The BUSOHE cable works well and has solid connectors. Only gripe is that it doesn't come as a neat roll as shown in the pictures, but as a bundle in a plastic bag. The cable needs to be untwisted and laid out straight before it can be tacked onto the wall.

Its a lot thicker that the Cat6 cable that it replaced, twists easily but that's due to the length. It was quite difficult to get it to lay flat in the slim conduit as its so twisted. Feels and looks good quality. Ran cable from ONT in Garage to upstairs EE Router. Great speeds = Download 934mbps / Upload 107mbps. Fully recommend.
